Identity Verification Requirements
1. Expired ID
Your ID must be valid and unexpired. Extensions or grace periods (including COVID-related extensions) are not accepted.
2. Unsupported ID Type
We accept the following forms of identification:
- Passport
- National ID card
- Driver’s license (only if it includes a machine-readable zone (MRZ) and at least two security features)
Note: Not all driver’s licenses meet these requirements and may be rejected
3. ID Expiring Soon
Your ID must have at least three (3) months of validity remaining from the submission date.
4. Blurry or Poor-Quality Images
Ensure that the photos you upload are:
- Clear and in focus
- Showing all four corners of the document
- Free from glare, shadows, or blur

- Use good lighting when taking your photo.
- Make sure your document is clean, flat, and fully visible.
- If one document fails, try an alternative form of ID (e.g., use a passport instead of a national ID).
