If you need to change the legal name on your Paymonade account such as after a marriage, divorce, or other official name change, you’ll need to contact our customer support team for assistance.
Steps to request a legal name update:
1. Prepare a valid ID or official document that reflects your updated legal name. Acceptable documents include:
- Passport
- National ID card
- Government-issued name change certificate or marriage certificate
2. Email our support team at support@paymonade.tech.
3. Include in your email:
- A clear copy of your updated ID or official document
- Any additional information that may help us verify your request
Important Notes:
- For security reasons, name updates must be verified by our team and cannot be done directly on the platform.
- Ensure all documents are clear, legible, and valid for at least three more months to avoid delays.
- Once verified, we will update your account with your new legal name and send you a confirmation email.
