To add your IBAN, please enter your bank account details on the transaction page and complete the bank account whitelisting process. Each user can add an unlimited number of bank accounts to the whitelist, and whitelisted accounts will be shown as "Active". 

Make sure the IBAN you provide matches the information from your bank. If you encounter any issues, please refer to the instructions on the ROMA platform or contact ROMA customer support. (support@roma.global)

To ensure that funds are successfully credited to your account, please contact your bank and have the receiving IBAN added to your bank’s whitelist. Without this whitelisting, the transfer may be rejected by your bank. We recommend confirming the whitelisting process and requirements with your bank in advance.
