Once you initiate a cryptocurrency purchase, you will be directed to the ROMA page. There, you are required to complete the fiat payment, identity verification (KYC), and bank account whitelisting. After these steps are completed, the transaction will be processed, and the corresponding cryptocurrency will be credited to your account.
To ensure that funds are successfully credited to your account, please contact your bank and have the receiving IBAN added to your bank’s whitelist. Without this whitelisting, the transfer may be rejected by your bank. We recommend confirming the whitelisting process and requirements with your bank in advance.
