This is to inform you of an important regulatory development affecting Paymonade services provided by Damoon Technology (Europe) AG ("Damoon").
Damoon is currently registered in Liechtenstein as a TT Exchange Service Provider under the Token and TT Service Provider Act (TVTG). We submitted an application for authorization as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR) and our application is still in review.
Therefore, we will not be continuing MiCAR-regulated services after the end of the applicable transitional period (30 June 2026, 23:59:59 (CET)). As a result, Damoon crypto-fiat on/off ramp services throughout the EEA will not be available after this date.
Important Dates
Effective 30 June 2026, 23:59:59 (CET):
- New customer onboarding will have been permanently disabled.
- Fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat exchange services will be unavailable in your region
- New transactions will no longer be accepted.
- Customer support is and will remain available for administrative matters, complaints, and settlement-related questions.
