  • Check Winners:
    • The lucky draw takes place in the Telegram group on the first business day of July at 15:00 (UTC+0). You’ll be able to click to reveal your result in real-time, and Paymonade will log and distribute all rewards accordingly.

How will I know if I’ve won?
Results will be announced in real time within the Telegram group. Winners will also receive an email notification.

How do I claim my reward?
Participation prizes (1% cashback, up to 5 USDC) will be automatically credited. All other rewards will be deposited directly into your Paymonade account.

What types of trades qualify for the raffle?
Any single trade of 100 EUR or more qualifies, except Sell-to-Card transactions, which are excluded. All other trading pairs are eligible.

If you've completed the upgrade and made a qualifying trade but haven’t received the Telegram invite:

  • Double-check your email inbox (including your spam/junk folder)

  • Make sure the email registered to your Paymonade account is correct

  • Contact our support team for assistance

Are there any fees to participate in the campaign?
No, there are no additional fees to join the campaign.

Is this campaign available to users in all countries?
This campaign is invitation-only and available to selected users. If you received an email or notification from us, you are eligible to participate—provided Paymonade services are supported in your region.

What if I upgrade but don’t make a trade?
Unfortunately, simply upgrading your account does not qualify you for the raffle. You must also complete at least one qualifying trade of 100 EUR or more during the campaign period.

Can I participate if I upgraded before June 1, 2025?
Yes. Even if you upgraded your account before June 1, 2025, you are still eligible to participate in this campaign as long as you received an invitation.

What if my trade is under 100 EUR?
Only transactions of 100 EUR or more qualify for the raffle. If your trade amount is below the threshold, it won’t count—but you can still complete a qualifying trade within the campaign period to participate.

Can I win more than once?
Yes. You can accumulate multiple raffle entries—each qualifying trade earns you one. It is possible for a user to win more than one prize.

General Terms

  1. Paymonade reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, and to modify, suspend, or terminate them at any time without prior notice and without any liability.
  2. Any fraudulent behavior, suspicious activity, and other violations that may affect the fairness of the campaign are strictly prohibited. Users who are found to have violated the rules will be disqualified. Paymonade further reserves the right to disqualify accounts that are involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegal bulk-registration, self-dealing, or market manipulation).
  3. If multiple accounts are detected participating in the event from the same IP address, all users from that address will be disqualified.
  4. The discount mechanism under these Terms and Conditions is provided on ‘as is, where is’ basis, and Paymonade shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts by any unauthorised third party in respect of this Campaign offered and published in any media, marketing or advertising material.
  5. The records of transactions maintained by Paymonade and Paymonade’s decision in all matters (including but not limited to any dispute arising therefrom) relating to this Campaign shall be final, conclusive and binding on you. Paymonade shall not be obliged to give any reason or entertain any correspondence with any person(s) or any party(ies) on any matter in relation to this Campaign.
  6. Paymonade reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in this Campaign without any prior notice, including but not limited to any breach of terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions, any existing agreement or policies entered between you and Paymonade and in any circumstances as Paymonade reasonably deems fit.
  7. Unless stated otherwise within these Terms and Conditions, you agree to indemnify Paymonade, its affiliates, and/or third-party service providers from any loss or damages incurred as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

  9.
