If your transfer hasn’t appeared in your Paymonade account yet, there could be several reasons. Please note that Paymonade does not hold your funds, all transfers are processed through your bank or the relevant payment network.
1. Additional Security Checks or Manual Review
Some transfers may require extra verification. This can take a few hours during working hours or up to one working day outside of business hours.
2. Incorrect Payment Information
For SWIFT transfers, incorrect details may result in your funds being returned.
3. SEPA Transfers
- Some banks support SEPA Instant, which usually processes in a few minutes.
- Other banks only support SEPA Credit Transfers, which can take up to 3 business days. Please check with your bank to confirm whether SEPA Instant payments are supported.
4. Technical Issues
Occasionally, system or network issues may cause a transfer to fail. If you suspect this is the case, please contact our Customer Support team at support@paymonade.tech so we can investigate.
