There are multiple possible reasons a verification may not be successful. Please contact our support team support@paymonade.tech and we will take a look.
Identity Verification:
- ID expired (we are not able to accept COVID extensions)
- ID type not supported – We accept a passport, national ID card, and residence permits (EU). Any other IDs will not be accepted.
- ID is expiring soon – There needs to be at least 3 months between the submission date and the expiry date on your ID.
- Pictures are blurry – Please make sure the pictures are clear and all 4 corners of the ID are visible. Any glare or blur may cause the system to reject it.
Please try the following:
- Ensure there is sufficient light
- Make sure the document is clean and all corners are fully visible
- Try an alternative document (eg. a Passport instead of an ID)
