There are a couple of possible reasons for the delay:

1. A small number of transfers may require additional security checks or manual reviews. These may take up to a few hours during working hours or one working day during non-working hours.

2. Incorrect payment info: If you use SWIFT as a transfer method, your funds will be returned.

3. SEPA service: Some banks support SEPA instant which should be processed in a few minutes, others only support SEPA Credit Transfers, which can take up to 3 business days to be processed. Please contact your bank to inquire about whether they support SEPA instant payments.

4. Technical issue: Under certain circumstances, we had some problems with our system that resulted in unsuccessful transfer. Please contact support@paymonade.tech and we can investigate this further.
